Certified IO is led by Mostafa Al Hassan, a founder and executive with over a decade of experience across RTO compliance, legal frameworks, and workforce development. He has scaled Certified Australia into a national education provider with thousands of clients and pioneered Certified IO with a deep understanding of ASQA frameworks, automation logic, and behavioural UX.
His qualifications include:
- Graduate Diplomas in Strategic Leadership, Portfolio Management & Learning Management
- Diplomas in Community Services, Training & Assessment, Accounting, and Counselling
- Certificate IVs in Building, Mental Health, and Vocational Education
- Diploma in Psychology (Canadian Board)

- MBA in Digital Automation & AI (current) – AIB
He manages a team of 16+, directs national compliance campaigns, and actively leads software development sprints from UI/UX to AWS deployment.
